Outside of my practice, I have the pleasure of bringing my passion for children, movement and play, to my role as a facilitator of movement sessions through the National Centre for Dance Therapy (NCDT) for Connected North, an organization geared towards fostering student engagement and enhanced education outcomes in remote Indigenous communities. As part of an amazing therapist collective, I get to create and facilitate mental health related workshops, modules, discussions and much more for a number of organizations. And finally, I’m a Board member for Wonderfully Made, a youth empowerment initiative, and have also served as an elected Board member of the Dance Movement Therapy Association of Canada (DMTAC).
