Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming, helping to ease stress, promote relaxation, and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and wellbeing.

    Each session is guided by your unique needs and intentions, creating space for rest, reflection, and healing. Reiki can be experienced on its own or alongside psychotherapy as a complementary practice, supporting the integration of emotional, physical, energentic, and spiritual wellbeing.
